Role Overview:As the Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process. From ideation and research to final implementation and analysis, you will ensure each feature meets user needs and maintains the highest quality standards. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver user-centered designs that align with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full design lifecycle: from research, ideation, and prototyping to UX measurement post-launch.
• Create seamless customer journeys and design prototypes for user testing.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance the company’s scalable design system and deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to shape product direction.
• Define product success metrics and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Document design patterns and maintain style guides as the product evolves.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, competitor products, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge user experience.

Who They’re Looking For:We’re seeking an ambitious all-rounder who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys tackling complex product challenges. You will work closely with senior leadership on both strategic and hands-on design tasks.

Ideal Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in an early-stage startup, ideally working on financial or data-intensive B2B platforms.
• Strong track record of designing and building 0-1 products and iterating on existing features.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products and the ability to simplify complex data sets into user-friendly designs.
• Excellent visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong experience with low and high-fidelity prototyping and design tools (Figma, Miro, UserTesting, Adobe suite).
• Great communicator who can articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, with a passion for user experience and design advocacy.
