Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the End-to-End Design Journey– Take charge of design projects from concept through to final implementation, creating seamless, engaging experiences.
• Build Engaging Interfaces– Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that meet user needs while aligning with our business goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally– Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into reality.
• Research and Iterate– Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure your designs meet user expectations and make impactful improvements.
• Champion the User Experience– Advocate for design choices that enhance usability, engagement, and brand consistency across all products.

What We're Looking For

• Product Design Expertise– Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work on user-centric digital products.
• Tool Proficiency– Skilled inFigma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Deep UX Knowledge– Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Research Skills– Experienced in conducting user research and applying insights to improve product designs.
• Strong Communication– Able to effectively articulate design decisions to stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Mission-Driven Mindset– A genuine desire to create products that make a positive impact on health and care; skills in motion design and digital brand are a plus!
