Senior Product Analyst (x2)
Futureheads has partnered with an innovative InsurTech business that’s leveraging AI/ML and developing cutting-edge software to transform the life insurance industry.
Our client is financially secure (with the backing of a major US-firm) and to accommodate their increasing impact / presence in the market, they’ve recently undergone a significant transformation, which has seen them adopt a product-led approach and sustainably grow in headcount.
They’re currently looking to recruit 2x Senior Product Analysts (one for each of their core platforms), to further facilitate their data-driven future; better understand customer behavior, assess product performance and ultimately take their products to the next level.
The ideal candidates will have experience using Mixpanel, an impressive background in data analytics and a track record of success in a startup / scaleup environment, where they’ve worked in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
✅3+ years experience in a Product Analyst role.
✅Great track record of delivering actionable insights and improving product performance within a startup or scaleup environment.
✅Hands on experience with Mixpanel and / or Amplitude.
✅Highly collaborative approach, working in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering and UCD teams.
✅Familiar with data science concepts and techniques such as predictive modelling and segmentation.
✅Experience in a relevant business type / vertical – Insurance, FinTech, data-driven products, SaaS, AI/ML etc.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or other advanced degree preferred.
