Then this is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedhardware design engineer to join the GPU Hardware Design Team andhelp us craft the GPUs powering the devices of tomorrow! Arm’s GPUDesign Team is responsible for developing the Mali™ range ofgraphics processors. Mali™ is the most sold GPU in the world and ateam of diverse, highly motivated and creative engineers aredreaming up improvements and technology that will make ourinnovative GPU even better. Job Overview: In this inventive role,you get to use your technical skills and creativity while workingon micro architecture development, design and optimization of GPUsthat will run graphics, compute, machine learning and AI workloadsat blistering speeds within a fixed energy and area budget. Howcool is that? Responsibilities: ● You will derive specificationsfrom architecture requirements. ● You will specify, design andoptimise sophisticated blocks for use across multiple generationsof GPUs. ● You will deliver IP blocks on time whilst meeting PPAtargets. ● You will take technical leadership for a block withinthe GPU. Required Skills and Experience: ● You will have confirmedexperience of RTL design for GPUs, CPUs or DSP. ● Broad projectexperience where you have owned and carried out design andimplementation of sophisticated units or sub-systems, fromspecification to unit sign-off. ● You can do metrics-based designspace exploration, including the knowledge of how to evaluate andcompare different solutions. ● You have the ability to work with ahigh level of independence and schedule own work and tasks. “NiceTo Have” Skills and Experience: ● Experience with high levelprogramming in languages such as CC++ or Python. ● Knowledge ofverification techniques, including formal verification. ● Familiarwith functional safety aspects of design and verification,including knowledge of ISO 26262.
