With a growing presence in Norway and the UK, we are expanding global rapidly and looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer passionate about bringing AI models to production

Your Role:

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Consigli, your focus will be on using tools like machine learning, mathematical optimisation, operations research and generative AI to solve real world engineering problems. You’ll work closely with domain experts, engineers, and clients to turn cutting-edge research into functional, scalable, and impactful solutions that reshape an entire industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy AI models into production systems.
• Build robust frameworks, pipelines, and tools to enable scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with domain experts and platform teams to integrate AI models into our SaaS platform.
• Work with diverse, messy datasets to extract insights and create value.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on the latest trends in machine learning, mathematical optimisation, operations research, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
• Contribute to the full ML lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong Python coding skills for ML/AI and mathematical optimization.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Relevant knowledge in fields such as civil engineering, HVAC, or mechanical engineering is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Have research experience is a bonus, though not mandatory.
