Responsibilities: Training and deployment of customer segmentation, and ad platform signalling models to enable dynamic value based ad campaigns Estimation of individual ad campaign effects using Marketing Mix Modelling Identifying new use cases where AI can be applied to boost marketing performance Working with the data engineering and marketing teams to integrate AI systems with existing data and marketing flows Deploying scalable and reliable ML systems while utilising modern MLOps practices Requirements: MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields. Strong coding skills in Python and SQL Experience with customer lifecycle modelling (segmentation, pLTV, churn forecasting), causal inference, Marketing Mix Modelling.
