This company is a London-based startup transforming how financial professionals access and use data. They are building a system of intelligence empowered by AI-driven automation and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop multimodal models across text, image, and numbers
• Developing and optimizing RAG pipelines to enhance our AI models’ performance with up-to-date and relevant information.
• Implementing and fine-tuning semantic search capabilities
• Developing and maintain systems for storage and retrieval of large data sets.
• Collaborate effectively across various functions to identify business needs, customize solutions

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
• Background in NLP techniques
• Skilled in deploying machine learning and search solutions to production environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
