Job Overview:

Intelmatix is seeking a Senior Data Scientist / Senior Machine Learning Scientist with a passion for data and at least 3 years of industry experience. The successful candidate will develop models that transform complex datasets into actionable insights, thereby enhancing our product offerings and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.Translate intricate business problems into technical solutions.Write clean, modular, and scalable code suitable for production environments.Lead data mining and collection strategies to prepare large-scale data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.Analyze extensive, complex datasets to extract insights and communicate results effectively.Innovate new modeling and machine learning approaches to enhance existing processes and capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, MLOps, and leadership, to define problem statements, scope projects, and deliver analytics solutions.Mentor peers in data science and model development, promoting best practices.Remain abreast of the latest technologies and trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.3+ years of experience in data science, with strong proficiency in writing scale and production-grade code in Python.Solid understanding and proficiency in working with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, SQL. Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau) for creating insightful and interactive visualizations.Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.Experience with cloud services (such as AWS) and tools for machine learning projects.Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving and innovation.Experience working in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, ideally in a product company.Preferred Qualifications:A Master's or higher in a relevant field to deepen theoretical knowledge and practical skills.Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies for model training and deployment.Employee Benefits:
