Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Data Scientists partnering with our Sales team combine their interest and expertise in the commercial side of the business with their interest in the product to identify opportunities for growth in the business.What will I be doing?

You’ll partner with Sales teams to help them identify important questions and answer those questions with data.Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive models, such as customer health score, churn risk assessments, and expansion opportunity models.Design and implement scalable tools and frameworks to operationalize sales intelligence insights.You’ll work closely with sales and operations leaders to develop success metrics, set targets, measure results and size opportunities.You’ll build tooling that will provide insights to our sales team, helping them understand where they should be spending their time.You’ll design, build and update end-to-end data pipelines, working closely with stakeholders to drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources and tables.You’ll partner closely with product researchers to build a holistic understanding of our customers, our products and our business.You’ll influence our sales and GTM strategy through experimentation, exploratory analysis and quantitative researchYou’ll craft data stories and share your findings and recommendations across sales and the broader company.You’ll drive and shape core RAD foundations and help us improve how the RAD org operatesWhat skills do I need?

5 + years experience working with data to solve problems and drive evidence-based decisionsExcellent SQL skills and good knowledge of statisticsProven track record of initiating and delivering actionable analysis and insights that drives tangible impact with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) and a focus on driving impactStrong growth mindset and sense of ownership. Innate passion and curiosityBonus skills & attributes
