The client is a market leading Financial Services organization operating worldwide.As a Senior Data Business Analyst, you will take the lead role in advising our clients on the design of Data Management solution. Combining your business knowledge and technical skills you will also support our client to document the current state, define the target state solution and support Data Mesh Architecture. You will be responsible for helping the client create and manage a product backlog. You will be required to participate and lead in sprint planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming sessions. Salary range: 65-80KMain responsibilities:Facilitate workshops with Business SMEs, Data Owners, Business Owners to understand current state data challenges and define target state data management solutionsLead a team of 1-5 Business Analysts within the project structureGather and document the business requirements for data management initiativesDefine current state and definetarget state solutionsDrive requirements gathering process, ensuring alignment with delivery of business value and solution architectureTranslate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirementsCreate and manage the product backlogLead requirement prioritization and planningCreate data mastering solutionsDefine the conceptual and logical data modelsWork with the technical team to define the physical data modelExperience Required:10+ years of experience within the Data, BI/Analytics and Data Warehousing (ETL Tools & Concepts), while your most recent experience focuses on ETL, Data Management, Data Quality and Data GovernancePrevious leadership/management experienceis requiredIn-depth knowledge of data management/data governance concepts, approaches, methodologies and tools (Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK is considered as an asset)Practical experience of implementing and managing a Data Management platform, Data Lake/Warehouse, Data Mapping, Data Modelling or a Data Governance SolutionsProject Management skills – Agile, Scrum, PMI methodologiesExperience building and socializing new data governance TOM – Data Quality and Metadata ManagementStrong time management skills: efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressureTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsAutonomous and able to work independentlyWhy Keyrus?Joining Keyrus means joining a market leader in the Data Intelligence field and an (inter)national player in Management Consultancy and Digital Experience.You will be part of a young and ever learning enterprise with an established international network of thought leading professionals driven by bridging the gap between innovation and business.
