Location: Belfast Workplace: Hybrid The opportunity: The Senior Business Analyst will leverage strong management, analytical skills, and critical thinking in shaping and executing strategic projects within a dynamic, user-centric organization. The role holder will collaborate with a skilled Technology team that designs, develops, and maintains solutions to maximize our Firm's value. This global role requires regular work outside normal business hours to communicate with our people in multiple time zones. Responsibilities: Document requirements using data models, data mapping, workflow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and UI specifications, with the ability to choose suitable tools for these tasks Manage Requirements across workstreams to evaluate and identify downstream impacts, traceability, and project scope alignment Conduct a thorough analysis of various use cases to illustrate business value, ensure strategic alignment, and establish prioritization Enable effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of complex requirements Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and vendors to understand cloud technologies and requirements relevant to integration Serve as a liaison to: Business Sponsors and Stakeholders - establish and maintain a close working relationship to gather business requirements and discuss scope-related decisions Enterprise Architecture and Security - collaborate early during business requirements to review the identification of business capabilities and consider the necessary internal security processes and procedures Technology Teams - collaborate with all facets of technology throughout a project and maintain consistent alignment with technology initiatives, strategy, and compliance Skills and Experience: A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data science/analytics, business management, or a related field or equivalent work experience Experience in a legal environment is highly desirable; Consulting experience is preferred Strong experience in a senior business analysis role creating BRDs, managing requirements, developing use cases, system and process workflows, data mappings, and process models Business Analysis and/or Agile certifications are highly desirable Experience and understanding of security and data integrations with Cloud applications Familiar with GenAI regulations with expected continuing education on the evolving legal landscape Excellent English communication skills with both team members and internal business constituents; comfortable mediating between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility with confidence Continued pursuit of excellence and quality amid frequent changes in priorities, scope, and stakeholders Strong Microsoft skills (i.e., Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint) To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
