Job Description:

We are looking for a world class solutions sales person with a significant track record of achieve multiple million sales targets. You must bring a rounded sets of relevant skills that include new business development, product strategy, pricing and analytical plus deal structuring and execution.

We're seeking a Deal Desk Leader to support our GPU-as-a-Service operations.

This critical, high-impact role supports the mission to become the leading provider of GPU-as-a-Service solutions. You will lead pricing, deal structuring, and supply chain optimisation, driving growth in the Public Cloud GenAI infrastructure space. This role bridges sales, finance, and operations to maximise revenue, enhance margins, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Deal Economics & Pricing Strategy-

Develop and manage sophisticated pricing models that align with market trends and supply dynamics.Create innovative deal structures that maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.Analyse usage patterns to optimise pricing tiers and resource allocation.Establish and maintain deal desk playbooks, pricing frameworks, and approval processes.

Supply Chain Optimisation-

Collaborate with demand partners to forecast GPU availability and pricing trends.Monitor and address supply chain risks while optimising inventory levels.Build and maintain strategic relationships with GPU service providers.

Sales & Deal Support-

Lead revenue and margin targets for all contracts processed through the deal desk.Provide strategic guidance on deal structures and pricing to the sales team.Develop sales enablement materials to communicate value propositions effectively.Coach sales teams on negotiation strategies and deal optimisation.

Market Intelligence & Analytics-

Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market changes.Analyse win/loss data to refine pricing strategies and deal structures.Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Leadership-

Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to streamline deal approval processes.Partner with Product Management to align pricing with the product roadmap.Work closely with Partner & Alliances and Sales teams to ensure customer-focused deal structures.

Success Metrics-

Revenue growth and improved margins.Faster deal velocity and close rates.Increased supply chain efficiency.Higher customer satisfaction and retention.

About You:

Required Qualifications and skills-

7+ years of experience in technology deal desks, pricing, or related roles.Proven track record in "as-a-Service" sales, meeting and exceeding targets.Strong knowledge of infrastructure economics and cloud computing models.Expertise in financial modelling and data analysis.Experience structuring complex deals with a focus on margin optimisation.Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, and related technologies.Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).Background in AI infrastructure or high-performance computing.Knowledge of GPU architecture and AI workload requirements.Experience with cloud providers or AI infrastructure companies.Understanding of GPU supply chain dynamics and procurement strategies.
