Sales Development Representative - Tech / SaaS


Brighton | Hybrid 3DPW WFH | £25-30k Salary + £10-15k OTE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a steadily growing SaaS Software firm, who's ground-breaking technology specialises in optimising SEO performance for businesses from start-up, SME through to enterprise!

They are searching for a Sales Representative to take ownership of the inbound pipeline of leads,. and drive outbound engagement to new potential clients.


Responsibilities

  • Co-own the inbound customer pipeline, thorough profiling, qualifying, and engaging high-potential clientele with bespoke solutions to their unique business challenges.
  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through proactive outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to polish lead generation strategies while providing valuable feedback to product teams based on prospect interactions.
  • Spearhead new initiatives, targeting specific customer segments by curating relevant and solution-focused campaigns.


Requirements

  • Strong academic background.
  • Demonstrable coachability, resilience, performance, and creativity.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proven experience of in a customer facing role such as sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Software/SaaS highly desirable
  • B2B Sales experience desirable (but not essential!)
