We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client at the forefront of Fintech software solutions, their Enterprise' Artificial Intelligence & Computational Mathematics Research team was founded by McKinsey alumni. Your role will involve developing business in the Financial services sector, generating leads, organising appointments for the Technical delivery team and Client Directors with City clients mainly, so your knowledge of the sector is essential to it's success. This is a newly created legacy role with lots of opportunity for development and equity. They empower investors and consultants to make data-driven decisions. Leveraging advanced natural language processing, analyzing data to deliver deep insights into investment opportunities and market trends for clients in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Management Consulting.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your passion for sales and technology, with the autonomy to drive results and exceed targets for qualified lead generation and meetings booked. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively researching qualifying leads, and scheduling introductory meetings for our sales team. You will be a key driver in identifying potential sales opportunities and fueling our company's continued expansion.


Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads: Proactively identify and generate leads through targeted research, networking, and leveraging various outreach methods to build a strong sales pipeline.

Implement outbound sales strategies: Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach, to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities within target accounts.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.

Use CRM software to track and measure all sales activities and to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for generating more opportunities.

Meet or exceed assigned metrics & quotas, with the autonomy to approach these targets in a manner that best suits your strengths and strategies.


Qualifications:


2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Fintech.

Proven history of achieving and surpassing quota expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred


Required Skills:

Solid understanding of Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Understanding of the financial industry, M&A knowledge and Private Equity.

Proficiency in outbound channels.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and feedback.

Proficient with Microsoft Suite products, Google Products.
