Qualifications

Essential requirements
Even if you don’t meet every requirement below, feel free to still apply as we are often hiring for similar roles which your background might be better suited to.

8–10+ years of experience in digital consulting, strategy, or transformation, ideally within the Transport. An established network of senior stakeholders in the Transport industry, with a proven ability to build and grow long-term client partnerships. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering complex, high -value programmes. Commercial acumen with a track record of developing and selling consulting propositions. Deep understanding of the Transport and related technologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

 Introductory Call with one of our senior Talent Acquisition partners to explore your background, the opportunity and PA. Round 1: 3x competency interviews, allowing you to meet different members of PA. Final Round : Business plan presentation with PA leaders – you will be given guidance and time to prepare in advance.
