Research Associate in Statistics / Epidemiology/ Health Data Science

We are recruiting an ambitious, self-motivated Research Associate to join Dr Palin’s research group focusing on analyzing large-scale, complex maternity data.
The goal is to develop an algorithm, in collaboration with clinical stakeholders, to generate and validate a pregnancy episode. This work will enable clinical research and ultimately help to improve health outcomes for mother and baby.
The successful candidate will work closely with the research team and engage clinical stakeholders to co-develop an open-source, reliable and validated method to identify maternal and fetal health care episodes within the secure data platform.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must have, or be about to obtain, a PhD (or equivalent) in Statistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
