A leading independent consultancy firm is seeking a talented Team Lead/Managing Consultant to drive growth in their Surrey office. This is a remarkable opportunity to inherit a hot £180k billing desk in a welcoming office culture with long tenure!

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities in the office and commercial sectors.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, understanding their unique needs.
• Stay abreast with industry trends and market conditions.
• Drive performance management through setting clear KPIs and conducting reviews.
• Provide leadership for a team of dedicated recruitment consultants.
• Develop team member skills through training, mentoring, and support.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a recruitment consultancy role.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial recruitment markets.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to handle key accounts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with effective engagement skills.
• Superior time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-driven approach, focused on meeting targets, and providing top-tier recruitment services.
