Job Summary:

As an AI Recruitment Specialist at RealVoice AI, you will be at the forefront of building a team and at the forefront of the AI-driven recruitment process. You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment, leveraging our unique AI technology to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about AI, highly organized, and passionate about finding the right fit for both our company and our candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the AI-driven recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Provide feedback to help improve our AI-driven recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Recruitment, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently with candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
