Our Opportunity

As a leader of the Front Office team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome to all of our hotel guests. Previous experience in a hotel reception, preferably within the luxury four- or five-star market, is essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Our Reception Team Leaders are friendly, attentive, and proactive in addressing any concerns, ensuring that each guest feels truly valued.

In addition to providing outstanding service, you will play a key role in leading and supporting your team. A great leader fosters a positive and motivated work environment, guiding the team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Familiarity with a hotel PMS will give you an advantage, and strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and immaculate personal presentation are all crucial. A professional yet warm personality will complete the picture of an ideal candidate for this role.
