Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.Description The Apple Media Products Analytics QA team is seeking a highly organized and motivated Analytics Quality Manager to support one of the fastest growing areas of Apple. You will collaborate with AMP Analytics engineering, Client to server engineering, Project managers, and Data science teams to deliver high-quality products and services to Apple’s customers. You will lead a team that is instrumental in delivering high quality releases of analytics data pipelines from client to server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics products, and leading a team of quality engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality. The Analytics Data Quality team is responsible for the quality of end to end Analytics offerings for the Apple Services Organization. This particular role will be within a team passionate about Marketing Analytics. The team is responsible for Core Marketing data pipelines as well as growth marketing client instrumentation.Minimum Qualifications In-depth experience leading a SQA or Software Development team.Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies: Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, Cassandra, Spark, SQL, Java, Python.Experience managing projects and processes cross-functionally demonstrating excellent communication and influencing skills.Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution.Proven track record of attracting, hiring, motivating and developing the best quality-minded individuals.In-depth knowledge and experience on Test Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on client to server.Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways.Experience leading distributed teams across cultures, geography, and timezones.Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and drive to complete projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
