We offer a temporary contract (one year)-starting in October - as maternity leave cover.


Role objectives ????:


Team Management and Coordination:

  • Manage a team of 8 R&D members (data analysts, psychometricians and psychologists) across three locations: London, Paris, and Bangalore.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support.


Product Development and Maintenance:

  • Co-manage with the CEO the development and implementation of psychometric tests and innovations across our platform, referentials and various HR tools. Contribute to the conception of innovative projects and work with the CEO to operationalise new ideas.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Data Science, Marcom, and Sales departments, to ensure the successful delivery of assessment products.


Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all assessment-related products.
  • Address and liaise on bug fixes and technical errors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of assessment tools.
  • Ensure psychometric tests align with client and market demands, facilitating structured feedback for continuous improvement.


????Your profile:

  • Master/undergraduate in psychology
  • 5+ years experience in psychometrics/HR product development sector and relevant experience in team management
  • English (fluent), french is a plus


As for soft skills, we are looking for someone communicative, flexible and curious.
