Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone?   JOB TITLE: DEVELOPING PROJECT COORDINATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance of key project and contract documents Workpack and commercial closeout Monitoring of project histograms Support the Action process Collate contract updates Support delivery of the HSE plan Collate and review key contract performance data across the entire portfolio. Identify areas of focus or concern and provide the Projects management team with business improvement suggestions Coordinate all activities required in relation to project Group strategic and operational performance, including project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and data analysis Work with delivery functions to increase quality, visibility and use of PowerBI dashboarding to showcase key performance data Promote and drive implementation of digitalisation into business performance Participate in lessons learned activities to ensure strong feedback loop across the service line Review and optimise reporting models, structure, and content to align with the service line and wider business requirements. Innovation is key Develop and manage a monthly business performance tool to highlight key delivery metrics and trends across clients, streams and service lines. Drive performance input to monthly townhall sessions Develop and maintain effective communications plan aligned with the role Ensure excellent communication across service line, ensuring consistency of messaging Ensuring SL is maintaining a high level of communication with the rest of the business and demonstrating tangible improvements in business performance   Essential Qualifications and Skills: Ability to review, manipulate and streamline large amounts of Projects performance data Interpret delivery data and produce in a format that is valuable to the respective stakeholder (internal and external) Business degree qualified A high-potential individual with aspirations to progress into Project Management roles Knowledge of Petrofac's core business, project controls and data science systems is important Support continual improvement Ability to investigate and interpret data Ability to be responsive and open to changing circumstances Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrates cross-cultural awareness and an ability to build effective working relationships across all of Petrofac service lines        LI-JN1 Additional Information
