Programme Manager Real Estate Digital

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team (REPPM). You will be part of a mission-focused team, working on some of the most cutting-edge and impactful programmes and portfolios in the digital real estate sector. You will work collaboratively with our clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to help our clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

We provide leadership at programme and portfolio level, creating the space for our private and public sector clients to deliver a green, inclusive and productive world through digital real estate solutions.

Our programmes cover work across the globe and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace, such as smart buildings, digital twins, and blockchain-based transactions.

We are looking for people who have experience successfully managing portfolios and/or programmes, preferably in digital real estate, and who have the desire to support the growth of our business in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Programme Manager, you will:

• Manage the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for digital real estate matters
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, and support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals for digital real estate projects
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, and share best practices and lessons learned in the digital real estate sector
• Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance, such as data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3 years’ experience managing portfolios/programmes, digital real estate portfolio/programme management experience desirable
• Good understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to digital real estate
• Ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems, such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid
• Awareness/experience of variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract for digital real estate projects
• Good communication skills, in person and written, with the ability to communicate complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences
• Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB
