Feefo helps both consumers and businesses make the right decisions.

Founded in 2010, Feefo works with 6,000+ brands worldwide to collect reliable and constructive reviews they can learn from and display. We invite confirmed customers to leave feedback, which results in reliable, fake-free reviews, so consumers can learn how people like them feel about different products and services. And companies can discover what they’re doing right, and where they can improve. This allows Feefo’s clients to create transparent, trusted relationships and deliver exceptional services that their customers can depend on - every time.

We’re a team of technology specialists, industry experts, and multi-lingual client services champions that operates across various sectors, including travel, retail, automotive, and finance. Feefo’s bespoke artificial intelligence, business insight, review software and compliance solutions help increase client sales and reduce churn. As a Google Premier Partner, our clients can improve their search and paid conversion rates too.

We are proud to work with companies, large and small, from household names to local heroes.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Product Owner to join our Product team at Feefo. You will gain the trust of your colleagues due to your extensive knowledge of the product and its features, as well as the industry and competitors. Your understanding of the role involves effectively balancing the requirements of the business and the needs of the customers, while propelling Feefo towards continued success.

  • You are first and foremost an excellent communicator. It is not an effort for you to write high-quality user stories that bridge the business and technical worlds clearly and effectively. Working collaboratively with people in different roles across the business, you speak in a language they understand, knowing that your job is to synthesize and simplify, not to mystify.
  • Ideally, you will have worked in a SaaS environment, delivering exceptional solutions which satisfy user needs.
  • Problem-solving comes as second nature to you, and you love nothing more than building an understanding of complex problems, whilst working with a team to find the right solution.
  • You have had extensive experience working closely and successfully with developers, within Lean Agile and Scrum frameworks. You have experience managing a product backlog, owning prioritisation for your area of ownership, and enabling the delivery of great products.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is all about customer experience at a pivotal point in its history. You will help shape and deliver improvements through an exciting growth period at a well-recognised brand that enables millions of people to make purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritise the product backlog for your area of ownership by building and maintaining your understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, customer, and business needs
  • Work with the key stakeholders to ensure feature requests, use cases, and client requirements are captured and organized through well-defined user stories and epics
  • Work with the wider product team to ensure that long-term objectives are successfully achieved through shorter-term delivery goals in growth activity
  • Support scrum values by adhering to scrum principles and practices along with the delivery team.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure key deliveries are successfully communicated through the creation of marketing collateral and customer communications

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a product owner in a digital company of a recognisable brand
  • Worked alongside developers and delivery managers/scrum masters in an Agile framework
  • Experience translating complex requirements into easy-to-articulate user stories
  • Data fluent
  • Scale-up and international experience
  • Strong B2B or B2B2C experience
  • A natural communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive. Empathetic. Problem solver
  • Detail-oriented. Fastidious. Thorough
  • Follow-through: You do what you say you are going to do. High level of ownership

Benefits

Hybrid Working & Offices

  • Feefo offers a hybrid working pattern (Monday & Fridays at home, Tuesday - Thursday in office)
  • Offices in London, Petersfield, Boston and Melbourne
  • Lots of breakout space and common areas
  • A pool table tournament & footie team

Perks

  • As well as a comprehensive benefit offering, there’s a whole suite of perks you can choose from on our benefits platform including health (e.g. free flu jabs and eye tests), wellbeing, childcare and lifestyle options
  • Be a part of one of working groups including charities, CSR, wellbeing & mental health, socials and shape our programmes
  • You’ll be working in a global, scale-up environment with a commitment and focus on celebrating our diverse and inclusive environment
  • Lots of room for career enhancement, development and progression
  • A committed and expert senior leadership team driving the growth of Feefo with new products and tech as force for good
  • Be a part of a 100% privately owned company – owned by Vespa Capital
