Job summary:

As aProduct Marketing Managerat AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product and our clients, ensuring that our product offerings meet market needs and resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for managing product marketing initiatives, aligning with key teams, and driving product awareness and market positioning efforts. This role offers unique exposure to cross-functional collaboration, strategic insight, and growth opportunities within a dynamic team environment. 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Point of Contact for LMS Syncing:Act as the primary liaison for syncing the Learning Management System (LMS) with the product, ensuring seamless integration. 
  • Product Understanding & Knowledge Sharing:Collaborate with the product development team to build a thorough understanding of the product features, benefits, and differentiators, and communicate these insights across teams. 
  • Product Demo Reliability & Organisation:Ensure the reliability and quality of product demos for both internal and external use, while maintaining organisation within the product SharePoint for team access. 
  • Market Research & Insight Application:Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, leveraging insights to drive product marketing strategies. 
  • Positioning & Commercial Alignment:Work closely with the commercial team to develop positioning, value propositions, and ensure alignment with commercial goals. 
  • Product Launch Management:Manage and support product launches, coordinating with marketing and communications teams to deliver coherent and impactful messaging across channels. 
  • Cross-functional Product Alignment:Support the alignment of product roadmap, launch strategies, and go-to-market (GTM) processes with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Treatment Area Marketing Strategy:Support and implement targeted marketing strategies for each treatment area, focusing on positioning, messaging, and value proposition. 
  • Competitor Analysis:Create and maintain comprehensive competitor battlecards, synthesising sales feedback and market data to recommend strategic adjustments. 
  • Customer Success Collaboration:Work closely with the customer success team, acting as the primary LMS contact and managing a library of case studies and testimonials to support sales efforts. 
  • Cross-functional Communication:Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality product functionality and messaging. 

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Project Management Excellence:Strong project management skills that ensure timely, organised, and high-quality execution across product marketing initiatives. 
  • Market Insight & Strategic Thinking:Proven ability to analyse market trends and competitor positioning, utilising these insights to drive impactful marketing strategies. 
  • Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration:Exceptional communication skills that foster alignment and effective teamwork across various departments. 
  • Attention to Detail:A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in product demos, market research, and competitor insights. 

Requirements

  • Experience:1-3 years in Product Marketing, with exposure to B2B product and marketing teams. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with customer success and/or sales functions is beneficial. 
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot and PowerBI, with the ability to analyze and leverage data effectively. 
  • Education:Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Market/Customer Research Experience:Demonstrated success in leading market research projects that influence product strategies. 
  • Product Launch Readiness:Experience coordinating and executing product launch campaigns.
