RoleOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ProductMarketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in drivingthe success of our new and existing products through strategicmarketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in B2B product marketing, a proven track record oflaunching new products, and the ability to collaborate effectivelywith both commercial and product teams. Key Responsibilities:Product Marketing Strategy & Research: - Collaborate withproduct teams to define product roadmaps and ensure marketreadiness through competitive research and customer insights - Planand manage product marketing campaigns, including digitalmarketing, events, and content marketing - Build strongrelationships with key stakeholders across the organisation toensure alignment and support for product marketing activitiesGo-to-Market (GTM) & Sales Enablement: - Develop and implementGTM strategies, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams,creating sales tools and training to drive adoption PerformanceMeasurement & Continuous Improvement: - Use data and insightsto measure success and refine strategies to improve productperformance and marketing impact Skills & Experience: - Minimumof 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing. - Proven trackrecord of successfully launching new products. - Strongunderstanding of the B2B data and insight industry. - Provencapability of nurturing strong external customer relationships. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and makedata-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and presentationskills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functionalteams. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, IWSR offers -Generous time off: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and acompany-wide end-of-year break. - Flexible work environment: Hybridworking model with flexible hours. - Comprehensive perks: Annualbonus scheme, pension, regular social events, birthday treats, anda volunteering policy. - Growth opportunities: Lots of learning anddevelopment opportunities
