About the Role:
Buildots is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team.
As a Product Marketing Lead at Buildots, you’ll be responsible for transforming technical product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive product awareness, new sales and product adoption.
The primary responsibility is to create effective product go to market programs, developing collaterals to promote Buildots’ solutions and enable sales. You will work closely with the Product team to thoroughly understand the product, its use by different buyer personas and how to adapt it to Buildots market as well as with the broader Go to market team (Sales, Account management and Customer success) to understand their content needs, train them on new product features and provide them with the collaterals to support them.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and the broader marketing strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success through effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate our product in the market.
- Hands-on create high-quality sales enablement materials, including: case studies, battle cards, presentations, one-pagers among others.
- Develop product-based video content in partnership with other team members and freelancers.
- Collaborate and engage with customers to create customer stories and facilitate webinars and conference sessions.
- Lead the implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Collaborate with sales teams and sales enablement to formulate and execute sales training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams as a subject matter expert for the platform.
- Track industry trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives as well as develop effective sales enablement assets in this context.
- Drive impact: Measure success by tracking relevant performance KPIs
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in product marketing.
- Hands-on experience in developing high-quality marketing collaterals for B2B SaaS scale-up tech companies
- Strategic thinking – ability to transform technological features and capabilities into a clear and appealing business proposition.
- Self-starter, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative storyteller – ability to create succinct, relevant, innovative and clear ways of communicating, blending both written and visual storytelling to effectively deliver a message.
- Tech geek to the core - fascinated by disruptive technologies
- Number cruncher
- Experience from a construction tech or a B2B analytics SaaS company - an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in exact sciences / marketing / business
- Exact sciences background - an advantage
