  • Experience using analytical tools/languages, e.g., SQL, dbt, Python, R, as well as BI suites such as Lightdash, Looker, or Tableau

  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks, drawing conclusions and communicating insights to a variety of stakeholders across all levels

  • Experience using data storytelling, including presentation skills and the ability to present a convincing, data-led argument for ideas to internal stakeholders and colleagues

  • Ability to manage your development alongside the senior analytics team, identifying opportunities to improve both yourself and the team in line with market trends

  • A willingness to be a self-starter, and a detail-oriented problem solver, with a strong curiosity to understand user behaviour

  • Team player that is both highly collaborative and individually capable
