We're seeking a drivenSenior Technical Recruiterto join our London-based team, focusing on C++, Python, Low Latency systems, and advanced AI/ML roles.

Who You Are:

• Proven track record as a technical recruiter in Finance (agency preferred), Trading Technology, or FinTech
• Experience recruiting for roles involving C++, Python, Low Latency systems, and Machine Learning
• Agile and adaptive, thriving in fast-paced trading and technology environments
• Strong history of collaborating with clients to build elite tech teams
• Passionate about leveraging data insights to drive recruitment success
• Excellent at prioritizing in a dynamic, multi-faceted recruiter role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute effective recruitment campaigns for assigned positions
• Utilize AI-driven platforms for innovative candidate sourcing and engagement
• Conduct in-depth talent mapping for high-caliber tech professionals
• Implement scalable processes for outstanding candidate and client experiences
• Drive DEIB initiatives to support inclusive hiring in tech roles
• Provide expert guidance on market trends in Trading Technology and AI
• Stay current with latest developments in C++, Python, and Low Latency systems
• Mentor junior recruiters on technical recruitment best practices
