About the role
Our Search are at the heart of how users discover, engage, and interact with our Omnichannel offerings. We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to drive our strategy in delivering an exciting and relevant search experience to our customers
As Principal Product Manager for Search, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision and strategy for our search and discovery products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, analytics, and business partners to develop search capabilities that meet the needs of our users and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for

Strategic Vision:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Search functionalities.Product Development:Lead high level product lifecycle for the Search capability, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of new features and improvements.User Experience:Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach in designing search interfaces. Advocate for the best user experience and continuously improve the search usability.Data and Analytics:Utilize data-driven decision-making to understand user behavior and search performance. Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of search products.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, data science, and other product teams to implement search algorithms and features. Foster strong communication and collaboration to align goals and priorities.Market and Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and innovations in search technology. Use these insights to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.Customer Focus:Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights. Ensure that customer needs and pain points are addressed in the search product strategy.Innovation:Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and trends in search technology. Experiment with and implement cutting-edge search solutions to enhance the user experience.


You will need
5+ years of product management experience with a focus on search technologies or related fields. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products at scale. Understanding of ML algorithms, information retrieval, and natural language processing. Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating special user experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
