As the Principal Product Manager for our Accessibility product, you will lead the development and strategy for a cutting-edge tool that performs digital accessibility assessment on websites, mobile applications, and documents and remediates the accessibility issues for these platforms. This product is essential in helping organizations optimize their user experience by having better and more accessible solutions that enable them to bring more customers to the platform as well as being compliant.
Your role will be pivotal in answering critical strategic questions such as:
·How can we continuously innovate to deliver exceptional value to customers worldwide?
·How do we measure and improve the impact of our products?
·How do we ensure the product is powered by the right mix of technology, data, and analytic insights?
·How do we grow this product to meet business goals and market needs?

What you will be doing

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Accessibility products. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership:Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch. This includes gathering and prioritizing requirements, writing detailed product specifications, and managing the execution of the roadmap. Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership to ensure your product is performing.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to develop and deliver innovative features. You will lead and coordinate efforts across teams to ensure optimal solutions are developed and delivered on time. Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Customer Focus:Stay closely connected with users to understand their challenges and ensure the platform is delivering tangible value. Continuously gather feedback to refine and improve the product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions about product features, prioritization, and enhancements. You will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure success.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. Ensure all teams are aligned on goals and deliverables.
  • Innovation:Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the marketing technology space. Explore new technologies and methodologies to keep the platform at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Commercialization and Growth:Define market dynamics, target customer segments, route to commercialization, pricing, and packaging, upsell and monetization paths, and enablement materials for marketing and commercial organizations. Actively work with commercial stakeholders to drive product growth.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we will require of you

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on web and mobile development, accessibility, and artificial intelligence/machine learning or related areas.
  • Proven track record of owning and driving product strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

What we will love about you

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on product development, particularly in cloud computing and data analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications.
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
