Key Responsibilities:

• Perform statistical modelling and ensure rigorous quality control
• Synthesize research from multiple sources to create impactful insights
• Mentor and train analysts, fostering their modelling skills
• Specialize in an industry vertical, collaborating with sector experts
• Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, writing proposals, and participating in pitches

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in Market Mix Modelling (MMM) with proven leadership in guiding and mentoring teams
• Proficient in statistical modelling techniques
• Strong ability to integrate and analyze data to derive actionable insights
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and competitive strategy
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking to drive revenue growth
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
