As a key leader in our data science team, you will drive the development of AI solutions that leverage LLMs, mentor and coach junior staff, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our AI-driven products and services.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that integrate Large Language Models into real-world applications.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that meet business needs.Provide mentorship and coaching to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, machine learning, and AI technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our products.Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code using Python and associated libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, and others.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.Ensure best practices in data science, machine learning, and software development are followed across the team.Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Skills & Qualifications:Expertise in Python and its data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).Deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.G., GPT, BERT) and their applications.Strong experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and MLOps practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data science or machine learning, with a strong focus on LLMs and AI integration.Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
