My client is a fast-growing SaaS company specialising in providing Analytics tools to specifically to the Retail and CPG Vertical


Role Overview


As Pre-Sales Manager for EMEA, you’ll be a strategic partner to my clients sales and account teams, leading the technical conversation with prospective clients across the region. You will manage a team of 7 Sales Engineers who are responsible for owning the pre-sales process, from discovery to solution design, ensuring that our solutions align with customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically adept and customer-focused, with experience in enterprise SaaS solutions.


Skills & Experience


  • 5+ yearsof experience in leading pre-sales, solutions engineering teams within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven track record in engaging with enterprise-level clients, delivering technical presentations, and guiding complex sales cycles.
  • Technical acumenin SaaS architecture and solutions, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Experience with Data Analytics , Data Science , Relational Databases is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
