Power BI Reporting Specialist - Power Query/DAX/SQL/Dashboards/Model

We're looking for a hands-on Power BI Reporting Specialist/Power BI Developer with extensive experience in building robust, enterprise-quality reports utilising industry best practices to join their HR reporting function. You'll require the following skills and experience: 5 years Power BI development & reporting experience in global environments Extensive experience of building Dashboards and Data Models Extensive experience with Power Query and DAX Strong experience with SQL Advanced Excel skills Exposure to Power Apps, automation, self-service reporting in Azure cloud settings Any exposure to HR datasets & associated reporting beneficial but not essential Any exposure to migrations from IBM Cognos to Power BI beneficial but not essential A very high attention to detail, with the desire and initiative to work to a high standard Strong business analysis skills with the ability to capture requirements from business stakeholders Proponent of industry best practices and leading by example Outstanding communications and stakeholder engagement & management skills, proven in large corporate settings.Outstanding attention to detail with a passion for what you do £60k-£68k bonus benefits.
