Our client is a rapidly growing Series B startup specialising in AI data development. Their platform is at the forefront of AI and machine learning, providing cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to unlock the full potential of their data. They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team in London and play a key role in accelerating their growth.


Role Overview:


As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels. You will create, implement, and optimise data-driven marketing strategies to maximise ROI and support the company’s ambitious growth targets. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of performance marketing in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, social media, display, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise ROI and drive growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to meet acquisition and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new marketing tactics to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and present key metrics, including CPA, CPL, LTV, and ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, particularly in the AI and data development space.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or AI/tech-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data development platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
