OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Onsite Role (Mon-Fri / 9:00 - 5:30pm) Reperio Human Capital is a niche IT recruitment consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses on the growing technology industry in Ireland and the United States. With offices in Ireland & the USA, we're in a position to grow & and searching for an ambitious Office Administrator to join us to help us reach our goals. This is an exciting role where you will become a vital member of our internal operations team, playing a key role in our business. You will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of our back-office administration tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the administration & data entry tasks for recruitment placements, across our Irish & US business entities. Assist with facilities management, and ensure smooth running of the office and communal areas Ensure the completion and documentation of relevant compliance information, as well as updating all other relevant information and data on internal systems. Assist with onboarding of new Contractors, and the management of existing contractors. Liaise with the internal operations team to deal with additional ad hoc requirements and business compliance Assist in the setup and onboarding of new members of staff within Reperio Assist in managing our bespoke CRM system, including operating as the point of contact for Vincere support issues & logging support tickets where required. Assist in the production of various reports. Assist in the organisation of office & team events General admin tasks (filing, scanning, archiving) REQUIREMENTS: At least one year of previous experience working in an office executive position (or similar) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and react to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
