Parks & Leisure Administrator - Antrim

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our major Public Sector client, a large and well-known organisation with the recruitment of a Parks and Leisure Administrator to join their team based in Antrim. This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position. Temporary contract expected to last for a minimum of 3 months. Salary £28,552 + fantastic benefits in a modern organisation e.g. Flexi time, free parking & excellent modern offices. Responsibilities Handle membership administration, payments, and direct debit queries. Assist with retention strategies, follow-up calls, and exit questionnaires. Promote memberships through outreach events. Manage bookings for facilities such as pitches, halls, and event spaces. Use leisure management software (Legend, BRS for Golf, Coursepro). Act as the primary point of contact for leisure enquiries. Liaise with finance for invoicing and refunds. Essential Criteria: Minimum 5 GCSES (Grades A-C) to include English Language and Maths. Minimum of 1 years' administrative or clerical experience. Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer focused environment. Good planning and organisational skills. Ability to work to a high standard with minimum supervision. Competent in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office. Desirable Criteria: Experience with Booking or POS systems.
