Carbon60 are currently looking for a Stores Administrator (Customer Operations Advisor) to join a client of ours on a temporary basis. Our client is based on the Croda site in Goole.This position is working Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm Paying £13.40 per hour. We are looking for someone to start on the 5th May 2025 and work until 15th June 2025.Main duties & responsibilities:Office administrationUsing MRP - Ordering stock for storesRaising purchase orders on company and customer ordering systems (EOS and SAP)Completing H&S Reports (done weekly)Purchase management - expediting and chasing orders and due dates for suppliesWebsite calls via SAP related to overdue or problematic invoicesObtaining quotes for stock from different vendors, assessing pricing and delivery for best possible supplyOrder supplies for site for anything ad-hoc.Contacting different vendors and negotiating best timeline and price as possibleAmending quote errors on documentation - e.g. price changingUpdating quarantine logsFiling of paperworkLabel creating - label machine attached to laptop used for stock-related dutiesRaising new data on the system for updated machinery componentsCompleting monthly safety report cardsResponding to email queriesEssential skills / experien...
