About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will be crucial in supporting our business growth plans by managing marketing campaigns (Hubspot) and corporate social media comms (LinkedIn). Reporting to our Global Head of Growth, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and contribute to our mission of transforming the multifamily real estate market through the development of innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events
• Managing social media channels and content creation on LinkedIn
• Coordinate lead generation, including sourcing leads and analyzing lead lists

Must-have requirements

• Generalist experience in B2B marketing

• Pro-active and energised personality with an affinity for corporate social media communications on LinkedIn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment (20-25 staff)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read and report on campaign data

Preferred, but not essential requirements:

• Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools platforms, ideally Hubspot
• Experience coordinating or setting up events

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

• £35,000 - 45,000 base salary (salary assessment will be primarily based on experience)
