Qualifications Our DT&CS Healthcareand Life Sciences (HLS) specialists understand how to help lifesciences and healthcare clients develop and put into action adigital trust and cyber security strategy that enables them tobuild the organisation they need for the future, and make sure thatit is secure by design. As a Managing Consultant, you will be partof our leadership team, taking new service propositions to themarket as well as developing new business and strong clientrelationships while leading and delivering great work. Essentialskills 1. Ability to work with HLS clients, helping them tostructure their thinking in order to identify key requirements,challenges, opportunities and aspirations for the organisation 2.Taking accountability for the delivery of technical cyber securityengagements and leading multiple engagements on a day to day basis3. Leading sales and business development initiatives in the HLSsector and acting as an integral part of the broader Digital Trustand Cyber Security leadership team 4. Building and managingexcellent networks and client relationships (typically at CIO, CFO,COO, CISO or Head of Technology level) across a range oforganisations within the HLS sector 5. Commercially aware and withindustry relationships that will enable achievement of revenue inthe region of £1.5+ million per year 6. Strong interpersonal andstakeholder engagement skills at all levels up to Board level andstrong network across HLS leaders 7. Trusted and respected leaderwith the ability to build and run a highly effective team thatdelivers client outcomes and develops the team and individuals 8.Experience and knowledge of the regulatory environment facingclients; with a particular focus on cyber security and privacyrelevant regulations 9.
