The Role

As a Customer and Digital Analytics & AI Managing Consultant/Senior Manager, you will be a vital part of our Digital & Customer Analytics team. Your role will focus on Customer and Digital Analytics, offering the chance to work across various sectors and industries. You will engage with market-leading clients, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to address significant commercial growth challenges.

In this role, you will lead and manage complex analytics projects, deliver strategic insights to clients, and foster the expansion of our Analytics and AI consulting practice. You will work with cross-functional teams, applying your expertise to develop impactful solutions that improve customer experiences, optimize marketing strategies, and drive business growth. Your ability to build strong connections will create sales opportunities, aligning with our goal of contributing to the company's success. By leading teams and embracing Agile project management, you will provide dynamic leadership, adeptly navigating complex business landscapes through business analysis, process modelling, requirements analysis, and use case modelling.

We seek candidates with proven experience in the following areas:

Expertise in analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques, including generative AI, is crucial.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze complex data sets. Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
A solid understanding of business processes and the ability to align analytics with business goals. Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.

The work

· Lead and manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing customized analytics solutions. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

· Utilize advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights that drive customer engagement, enhance marketing effectiveness, and promote business growth. Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.

· Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide technical and analytical support to the team.

· Drive the growth of our Analytics and AI Consulting practice by identifying opportunities, developing AI strategies, and implementing AI-driven solutions, including generative AI. Stay updated on AI trends and advancements.

· Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches. Contribute to thought leadership and industry publications.

· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical outputs by implementing best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

· Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

· Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on customer, digital, marketing, and growth analytics. Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years.
