In this role, you’ll recruit for a range of permanent positions within the Facilities Management sector across the UK. You’ll build strong, transparent relationships with clients and candidates, driving impactful recruitment solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Previous 360 recruitment experience.
• Understanding of the recruitment process and ability to offer a world-class service.
• Confident in sales and negotiation, experience handling complex recruitment issues, and providing solutions with a strong record of accomplishment in this market.
• Previous experience within FM – hard or soft services is desirable
