Job Overview:Join the Central Engineering MachineLearning team as a Project Manager where you will lead delivery ofsoftware projects that help our partners build energy efficient Armpowered products. We work with new technology, developing softwarewhich runs on many millions of Arm devices across different usecases. This is an amazing opportunity to work with outstandingengineering teams in a fast-paced high-tech environment, and bepart of a capable, diverse, supportive and inclusive team. To beconsidered for this role, you will have a solid track record insoftware delivery management and experience in leading softwareprojects using iterativeagile development methods. This could be inproject management, but also as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, orRelease Manager. Excellent interpersonal skills are a requirement,as is displaying confident leadership and a dedication to engagethe team and drive your projects through to success.Responsibilities:You will: ● Own and drive planning,scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting for your projects. ●Motivate and drive teams to deliver to commitments. ● Ensureproject governance, and proactively drive project risks, change anddependencies to conclusion. ● Have strong organisational skills, acan-do approach and be a collaborative member of the team. ● Workclosely with adjacent functional groups such as Engineering,Product Management, Legal and Operations. ● Intentionally engage todevelop and improve our processes and practices.Required Skillsand Experience:● Leading project delivery, preferably softwareprojects in an Agile or iterative environment. ● Strongcommunication and networking skills to be able to influence andcollaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, andArm partners. ● A positive, can-do behaviour which is adaptive tochange, resilient and eager to accept new challenges within afast-paced high-tech environment. ● Experience working withgeographically distributed engineering teams. ● Proficient in theapplication of standard Microsoft Office tools.“Nice To Have”Skills and Experience:● Familiarity with the SoftwareDevelopment Lifecycle, and of Project and Product Lifecycles. ●Exposure to Open-Source Software. ● Awareness of Machine Learningconcepts. ● Usage of supporting tools commonly used in Arm projectmanagement e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project.In Return:Youwill have the opportunity to learn about the latest Armarchitecture features, working closely with highly skilledengineering teams on ground-breaking technology.
