They’re searching for a passionate ML Engineer to join their dynamic team and help bring our cutting-edge platform into every Machine Learning organization. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives, guiding prospects through the sales process, leading product demos, and crafting compelling value propositions. A blend of highly technical and customer-facing Post Sales, Implementation and Deploying the solution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Showcase Expertise:Deliver engaging product demonstrations of the platform to technical stakeholders.
• Lead Discovery:Collaborate with prospects to understand their ML stack, tailoring our solution to meet their unique needs.
• Handle Technical Objections:Develop strategies with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to overcome any roadblocks.
• Educate and Engage:Write educational content, enhance documentation, and participate in ML communities to raise awareness of production ML challenges.

What You Bring:

• Communication Skills:The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
• Curiosity and Quick Learning:Eager to dive into the technicalities of ML and develop your unique perspective.
• ML Knowledge:Familiarity with tools like scikit-learn, HuggingFace, or fastai, and a solid understanding of different ML models.
• AI Knowledge:Language or Vision Model experience, e.g., Computer Vision/Image Generation AI/LLMs.
• Experience:2+ years in a customer-facing role (Pre-sales, Post Sales, Technical Account Management, or Consulting) with high enterprise clients but coming from a strong Machine Learning or Data Science background.
• Technical Proficiency:Skilled in Python and Linux/Unix environments.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams in a high-growth startup environment.
• Previous engineering experience in Gen AI, Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
