We’re hiring on behalf of a highly reputable financial services firm based in the City of London. They are looking for an experiencedLoans Agency Operations Specialistto join their dynamic team. As a Loans Agency Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of loan agency operations, from onboarding new deals to day-to-day maintenance, transfers, and terminations.
  • Manage theNew Deal Tracker, set up lender/borrower profiles, and review loan agreements from an operational standpoint.
  • Extract key operational clauses from loan documentation and maintainterm sheets.
  • Build and execute deals inLoan IQ, handle first utilization at closing, and manage complex fund flows.
  • SupportRelationship Managers, ensuring seamless servicing, deal handovers, amendments, and redemptions.
  • Oversee a varied portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deal maintenance, fee processing, and audits.
  • Calculateredemption figures, processdrawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, and fees, and manageaccount reconciliations.


You’ll be someone who...

  • Hasstrong loan agency operations knowledge,
  • Has experience withLoan IQ and Debtdomain(desirable but not essential).
  • Can manuallycalculate redemption figuresand handlecomplex fund flows.
  • Possessesstrong interpersonal skills, working effectively with Relationship Managers and stakeholders.
