We are excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Legal Support Assistant to join our client's award winning Conveyancing Team. This role is based in Newbury, Berkshire.You will assist lawyers in managing their caseloads which includes sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and lease extensions. In addition, you will provide general administration support to the team.What you’ll be doing:Setting up new client files accurately based on lawyer instructions.Preparing sales packs, liaising with estate agents, and responding to inquiries.Attending client meetings and regularly updating them on the progress of their matters.Drafting contract papers, property search reports, and post-completion documents.Preparing letters to clients, banks, and other solicitors.Managing client files in the document management system, ensuring all documentation is updated as required.Providing diary management and general administrative support to the team.About you:Preferably 2+ years’ administration support in a legal environment (conveyancing).Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.Proven team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.Salary: C...
