- Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). First-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Temporary Worker Selection: Identify and assess candidates to match client requirements.
- High-Quality Service: Ensure delivery of services aligns with company values.
- Sales Targets: With support, work towards achievable sales goals.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
