Registered Manager Hampshire & SurreySalary: £40,000 - £45,000 + £3,000 car allowanceFull-time | PermanentDo you have the leadership skills to drive high-quality care and support?We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional outcomes for the people we support.In this role, you will champion person-centred care, leading and managing a high-performing staff team to deliver quality services.You will ensure full compliance with the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and CQC regulations, developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.A key aspect of the role will be fostering a coaching culture, utilizing real-time quality assessments and best practices to enhance care.You will also be responsible for strengthening connections between senior leadership and frontline staff, creating an open and energetic team environment.Additionally, you will focus on increasing engagement and measurable outcomes for the people we support, ensuring their progress is tracked and demonstrating value to funders and stakeholders.If you're ready tolead with passion and purpose, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities -Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.-Provide strong leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.-Promote person-centred care, ensuring the needs and dignity of service users are prioritized.-Manage safeguarding and risk assessments to maintain a safe environment.-Drive continuous improvement in service quality and care delivery.-Oversee budgeting and resource management to maintain sustainable services.-Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.About You To be successful in this role, you should have:-Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).-Experience as aRegistered Manager within the health and social care sector.-Strongleadership,decision-making, and communication skills.-Knowledge ofCQC regulations and relevant legal frameworks.-Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.-Proven experience in a multi-site managerial role within the health and social care sector and Previous registration as Registered Manager with CQCMore about Acuity Care GroupWe have been around for nearly 20 years so know our stuff!
