As a member of our Legal Team, you are a transactional lawyer with financing experience and are now ready to make an impact and take ownership of deals. You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders both, in-house and externally, on various legal matters and love taking initiative.

You are looking for a significant opportunity to grow professionally. With us, this means taking on big-ticket cross border financing deals from A to Z—from NDA to closing.

You will:

• Take the lead on and work with various stakeholders/departments on complex financing transactions (cross-border), partnerships, and investment agreements
• Handle legal matters in other related fields such as securities law, corporate governance, financial services regulation and litigation.
• Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial contracts, including service agreements and related documents with partners, resellers, and vendors
• Interface with and manage support from foreign legal counsels
• Provide general support on other corporate and commercial matters

Do you have:

• 3+ years PQE
• Legal experience from a reputable law firm or in-house at an asset management firm in financial services including financing transactions, funds formation or M&A transactions.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Outstanding communication skills
